Madonna Cancels Jaisalmer Trip To Avoid Paparazzi

Pop queen Madonna together with her hubby, son and five other family friends spent New Year’s evening at a private heritage resort in remote Rajasthani village.
According to the news, they all reached Jaipur by a Special Kingfisher flight from Maldives on Monday afternoon.

Soon they left for Jodhpur, and checked in at Taj Hotels. Afterwards, Madonna drove to Dechu village, 150 km from here where she spent the night at the heritage hotel. She is supposed to travel to Jaisalmer on Tuesday before going to Pali.

She is also likely to visit the Ramakrishna Jain temple in the district and Udaipur city.

But, the recent news told that she cancelled her visit to Jaisalmer to stay away from the paparazzi, and as a substitute she spent the day at a 16th-century fort, which was once a princely state of medieval Rajasthan in Pali district.

Rajasthan is popular among Western celebrities. Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake in 2006 visited the state to celebrate New Year’s Eve. In October, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were in newspaper headlines when they arrived in Jodhpu
