Gwenth talks about how Madonna helped her out of Depression

Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has always been wispy thin, but she’s quick to point out that she has to work for it, especially since having a baby. She appeared on Oprah yesterday (Sept. 17) to share her diet and exercise tips, and also how she loves to eat.

Paltrow gave a pat on the back to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, who also trains Madonna, for helping her develop and exercise routine. "I just can't do it. I just cannot diet," Paltrow, 35, told Oprah. "I think maybe it's the idea that you can't have something... It's worth it to me to do that extra exercise so I can eat what I want and not think about it."

Paltrow let Oprah film her workout and at one point exclaimed "I work freaking hard." Judging by her looks, she’s not kidding. She looked stunning in a variety of outfits while on the road to promote "Iron Man," her latest movie.

Paltrow also described how BFF Madonna helped her overcome her postnatal depression following the birth of son, Moses. Madonna "is one of the most caring women, and she's also one of those tough women... she has a very soft, soft side..."

"Her children are beyond... the little one is just, oh my god, he kills me... Her littlest son David does dance routines from her concert on the living room floor. My son and him battle over if they want to listen to daddy's song or mommy's song," she said.
