Well what a night . This was truly unique experience I was sitting all the way back to the catwalk , back of the garden floor (behind the video monitor boards) and I could see the entire stage and screens. Madonna came on really really LATE, like 9:30 and we were all trying to figure out why
In the meantime, I saw Guy Oseary near the catwalk stage, Liz Rosenberg, hanging around the monitor station), then KELLY RIPA , made her way to the front of the catwalk stage...FINALL a few minutes before 9:30, LOLA and a bunch of her friends, and bodyguard in toe, come and sit down, a few rows ahead of me.
No one saw them. Then the lights went down!
Thats why Madonna started so late, cause she was hanging out w/ her daughter backstage!!
So when the show starts, I didnt notice this till after the show was over, in the first number, 'PHARELL" was in the car with her for THE BEAT GOES ON"! She had a surprise guest! I did notice him, and Madonna did sort of introduce him, at the end of the night, when she came out on stage with PHARELL for ''GIVE IT TO ME''
WHen Madonna started to perform 'YOU MUST LOVE ME', madonna said that she would like to dedicate this song to LOLA, its her 12th or 13th ( i dont remember) birthday today, and when I first sang this song when she was in my tummy.
Madonna didnt like what she saw when people held up signs for the REQUEST part of the show, she saw EVERYBODY and then someone she said' ARE YOU SERIOUS'.. then she looked at another and she said, I DONT KNOW THE WORDS to that one!! I was laughing, so then she started her usual EXPRESS YOURSELF.
so now i know that she needs to LIKE what she sees, or she just wont do it, so im so thankful she did my request the other night, i was really lucky.
I looked and her friends were jumping and lola got up and waved. It was so cute.
I took some video of the begining, since i was far, I didnt really take many photos. I will upload them asap.
Madonna was really amazing last night, it didnt matter that she made us wait for so long, shes worth it!!
I have to say, people, its HOT in the venues dress LIGHT, and please keep the bottles of cologne and purfumes at home!! people last night ,really over did it < its just too hot for that.
