Fame Pictures Madonna's celebrating her 51st birthday with some help from her 23-year-old boy-toy, Jesus Luz, and her family.
After being serenaded on the eve of the big day, the birthday cougar and her much younger man took a boat ride today with her kids David, Mercy and Lourdes in Portofino, Italy.
The couple was seen kissing and cuddling during their cruise, before taking a dip in the ocean.
But dating a twentysomething stud isn't Madonna's only secret to staying young...
The Material Mom shielded herself from the sun with a parasol, even when she was in the water.
And instead of sporting a bikini, Madge remained covered up during her swim, wearing basketball shorts and a tank with her name emblazoned on them.
