MADONNA was shocked when her son ROCCO jumped onstage with her during her Sticky & Sweet Tour earlier this year (09) – because the youngster is normally very timid.
The star's 13-year-old daughter, Lourdes, joined her mum's dance troupe during a performance in Israel in September (09), but it was the addition of Rocco that stunned Madonna the most.
And the pop superstar credits her dancers with helping the shy nine year old become more confident.
She tells British TV show GMTV, "Well, Rocco's a very funny combination… he's sort of come out of his shell. When he jumped onstage to dance in my last show I was shocked actually… They're (my children are) very influenced by my dancers and the dancers all take them under their wing and they see them all as their big brothers and sisters. And secretly, unbeknownst to me, they're all studying privately with my dancers. Rocco comes out and busts out like a moonwalk or some kind of great dancing move and I'll ask him, 'Where did you get that?' He's always been quite shy so I was shocked when he wanted to be in the show."link
