Madonna reeling after seeing pictures of Guy's new girlfriend bonding with her children
It is always going to hurt seeing your ex-husband and his new girlfriend playing happy families.
And Madonna has reportedly been 'hit hard' by new images of Guy Ritchie and his new girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley enjoying a family dinner with her children Rocco and David.
To add insult to injury, five-year-old David looks to have taken a shine to the pop queen's 28-year-old replacement, and was seen clinging to her as they walked down the street.
Happy family: Guy Ritchie and girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley enjoy a family dinner with his children Rocco and David in London
Once inside the restaurant, the little boy insisted on sitting on Jacqui's lap throughout the meal.
Dressed in an understated outfit of jeans, biker boots and an elegant Chanel handbag, Jacqui smiled as David wrapped his arms around her waist outside the restaurant.
Ten-year-old Rocco looked equally charmed, laughing as he skateboarded in front of them, and a smiling Guy looked happy to see his young girlfriend bonding with his children.
Madonna, who has been filming her film W.E. around London in recent weeks, felt like she had received a 'punch in the stomach', Grazia magazine quotes a friend saying last week.
Bonding: Five-year-old David looks particular enamoured with their father's 28-year-old girlfriend
'Hit hard': Madonna is said to be reeling after seeing the images of her children bonding with Jacqui
'In one sense, she's happy that her children seem to get on with Guy's new girlfriend, but it's hard seeing them bond so well.'
However, there is little the singer can do about the situation, as her own toy boy Jesus Luz, 23, is constantly pictured together with her and the children.
Jacqui got to know the Sherlock Holmes' children well while on holiday on a yacht in the Mediterranean last month.
The model, 13 years Ritchie's junior, looked at ease as she frolicked on the deck of the luxury liner with the children as Guy looked on.
Moving on: But there is little the singer can do, as she and boyfriend Jesus Luz, pictured in New York last year, are often seen out with the children in tow
The pair were first spotted together in April and went public with their relationship after Essex-born Jacqui was spotted leaving his mews house in London after a sleepover in June.
While Madonna quickly began dating DJ Jesus soon after their divorce in 2008, Guy took his time getting back into a relationship - but was not short of dates, and was seen on several evenings out with a bevy of young beauties.
But after taking Jacqui on a family holiday, and taking her to public events as his date, it appears that Madonna is realising that Jacqui - who has called a younger lookalike- is here to stay.
'Guy seems to be serious about her,' the friend tells Grazia, 'and Madonna realises that they will probably settle down and have a family of their own.
'Of course they've both moved on, but that still hurts.'

Move over Guy: Madonna the film director takes over the streets of London
By Daily Mail Reporter She may no longer be married to film director Guy Ritchie, but its clear his influence on Madonna is still strong. ...
The flamboyant singer failed to make an impression on the Queen of Pop when he joined Madge on her table at an Oscars after-party.
Mika admits he stayed silent for the duration because he wasn't up for sharing details of his private life with the chart heavyweight.
He confessed: "I'm not a socialite. My private life belongs to me only. Add to that the fact that I'm really shy.
"During an Oscar after-party, I made a poor figure with Madonna.
"I was sitting at the same table with her and CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN, but I was too shy to say even one word.
"I wonder what she might have thought about me."
Not an awful lot, I'd imagine.
(Video) Pop icon's boyfriend Jesus Luz visits Israel to shoot campaign for TNT fashion chain, says has fond memories of Israeli audience
What is it about Jesus Luz that made veteran pop diva Madonna ignore the massive age difference between them and take the young model as her boyfriend?
Luz, who is currently visiting Israel to shoot a campaign for Israeli fashion chain TNT emerges as a modest, friendly and incredibly charming young man who has won the heart of all on set. Surprising many by agreeing to serve as TNT's spokesmodel, the Brazilian model regrets his current visit to the country is shorter than his previous one, when he accompanied Madonna on two unforgettable shows as part of her Sticky & Sweet tour.
Luz looks back on the experience with fond memories having gotten a taste of the enthusiastic Israeli audience.
While no direct questions on his relationship with the pop icon were allowed, Luz did agree to say that his was no fairytale story, describing the situation as much more complex. Nevertheless, he noted that the relationship has helped him launch his career and mainly to be able to help his family.
When it comes to Israel, Luz said we have not seen the last of him yet.--
The dancers who arrived at New York City's Broadway Dance Center this morning for the Material Girl open call were surprisingly talented.
StyleList joined the crowd of hopefuls at 8 a.m. – though some had been there since 5 a.m. to secure spots at the front of the line – and watched 47 flexible hopefuls audition for the chance to dance alongside Madonna at the Sept. 22 Material Girl launch party at Macy's Herald Square in New York City.
"Madonna is looking for individuals who have passion and also have style," her lead dancer Leroy "Hypnosis" Barnes told StyleList. "I think I've seen a lot of that today -- passion. There are a couple that had style, but that's harder."
As for what will make particular dancers stand out, fellow judge and Macy's fashion director Adam Moon said, "I think it's the attitude and having the right look for the brand."
Dari Marder, chief marketing officer of Iconix, Madonna's partner in Material Girl, said it all comes down to raw talent. "We're looking to pluck somebody off the street that's going to be confident enough and have the skills to dance with Madonna. It would be great to have a couple of girls who are our Material Girl customer, but even more than that, they've got to have the skills. They've got to be able to bring it."
You can see them and decide for yourself: select dancers' audition tapes will be posted atYouTube.com/materialgirlcol. Those who couldn't make the New York casting call can upload audition videos to the YouTube page until Sept. 3.
Annabelle Wallis, star of The Tudors, learnt the hard way that actors should stick to the facts on their CV.
They say you should never lie on your CV – a lesson Annabelle Wallis, star of The Tudors, learnt to her cost on the set of Madonna's new filmW.E.
The striking actress, 25, who purports to speak four European languages among her skills, tells me at the Peroni Nastro Azzurro Accademia del Film wrap party in east London: "Madonna asked me to read in the foreign parts in rehearsals, before those parts had been cast.
"I was stumbling over every word and it soon became clear that I may have been exaggerating slightly when I wrote that I was fluent on my CV."
Wallis chuckles: "When you are being directed by your idol, it is not the best time to be caught out but she was actually really great about it."
W.E charts the life of Edward VIII's wife Wallis Simpson, who will be played by Andrea Riseborough, and will mark Madonna's feature-length directorial debut. Move over Guy Ritchie.
Lord Mandelson could advise the Pope
Lord Mandelson may be known as the Prince of Darkness but, somewhat bizarrely, Lady Powell thinks he could impart some sound words of advice to the Pope.
The writer, who is married to Baroness Thatcher's former adviser Lord Powell, tells The Tablet: "Peter Mandelson has the knack of going straight to the heart of the matter. He would show the Pope, and his advisers, how to shed the language of the university seminar and make the Church's vital message understood."
Lady Powell also points out: "The best ones [Catholics] have always had pasts littered with rises, falls and struggles with darkness."link
Madonna's kids have appointments made to spend time with their superstar mum, according to reports.
The Material Girl's personal assistants are said to schedule time for her with Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy in 15-minute increments.
"The children are said to have appointments made to see their mother, who will help with homework, or sing, or even make food with them - but only if it has been planned in advance," the Daily Mail reports.
The youngsters are said to have three nannies, all of whom speak French as the kids are being raised to be bilingual. Two macrobiotic chefs whip up meals, and there is no red meat, pork or refined sugar on the menu, while dairy products are strictly limited.http://www.musicrooms.net/showbiz/14240-madonna-schedules-15-minute-appointments-with-kids.html

(I feel really lucky that I was able to attend three VMAs that she was at. After weeks of anticipating her live performance for one of those times she ended up being via satellite. If you don't think that sent me over the edge guess again! hehe... It's an exciting place to be, though, regardless.)
The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards are only a few weeks away. The biggest party of the year features nominated clips by Lady Gaga, Eminem, Jay-Z, Ke$ha and Katy Perry and will feature performances by Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, B.o.B and Florence and the Machine (with many more to be announced). In order to properly prepare yourself for what's to come, every day the MTV Newsroom Blog will deliver a classic moment in the history of the MTV Video Music Awards. Today's installment: Madonna sets the first VMAs on fire.
On September 14, 1984, the worlds of music, television and awards shows changed forever when hosts Dan Aykroyd and Bette Midler kicked off the very first MTV Video Music Awards. Obviously, the first VMAs looks pretty odd from this vantage point, but the twist is they actually seemed pretty odd back when they actually happened. Midler was certainly a bizarre choice to co-host, and the list of winners that year included some early MTV visionaries (David Bowie, the Cars, Cyndi Lauper) but also some unusual choices (ZZ Top and Herbie Hancock, who took home a total of five Moonmen that night).
But the first VMAs will be best remembered as the forum that allowed Madonna to don a wedding dress and writhe around on stage during "Like a Virgin." It was sexy, shocking and memorable, and it successfully set the tone for future VMA performances.
Pop icon Madonna has been hard at work on the set of her upcoming romance, W.E., which tells of the love affair between Wallis Simpson and King Edward VIII. It seems that she must really be enjoying her time behind the camera, as she recently added a new directorial gig to her resume by accident.
Ginta Lapina told Love magazine (via Elle UK) that Madonna showed up on the set of the Miu Miu autumn/winter 2010 campaign film to meet up with famed photographers Mert Atlas and Marcus Piggott. She ended up showing the girls some moves, instead.
Lapina said, "We were supposed to shoot a video, so Madonna said she wanted to direct it. They said she could do it but they weren't going to pay her and she started laughing. She put on her iPod and taught us moves and we shot the video for two hours.
Watch the video below and decide for yourself if Madge makes a good directress:
The 'Sexy Bitch' DJ, who confirmed last year that he was recording a track with the 'Hung Up' star, admitted that he was nervous to meet the singer.
"It was the first time I was properly starstruck," he told the Daily Star.
The song will feature on a repackaged version of his One Love album, for which Guetta is still recording tracks.
On his upcoming collaborations, he said: "I am talking to Rihanna about doing a song but nothing is confirmed."
The deluxe version of One Love is out on October 2.
Madonna Sued by Clothing Company Over 'Material Girl' Mark
Pop entertainer Madonna was sued for trademark infringement by a California clothing company.
L.A. Triumph Inc. of Cerritos, California, says it and its predecessor have been selling a line of women's clothing under the trade name "Material Girl." The predecessor company -- OC Mercantile Corp. -- registered a state trademark for the term in 1997 in California, according to the complaint filed Aug. 19 in federal court in Los Angeles.
Madonna's line of "Material Girl" clothing, and an associated website, which were introduced in 2010, infringe the trademarks and cause confusion in the marketplace, L.A. Triumph claims in its court filings. The company also objects to an application filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in December 2009 to register "Material Girl" as a trademark.
L.A. Triumph claims because it used the mark first, Madonna and her MGB Inc. company have no right to the trademark.
It asked the court to declare it alone has the right to the "Material Girl" mark for clothing, and that the pending trademark application should be denied. The company also requested money damages. It said it will add as defendants the retailers that are selling Madonna's clothing line.
L.A. Triumph is represented by Christopher W. Arledge, Imran Farooq Vakil, and Peter R. Afrasiabi of One LLP of Newport Beach, California.
The case is L.A. Triumph Inc., v. Madonna Louise Veronica Ciccone, 2:10-cv-06195-SJO-JC, U.S. District Court, Central District of California (Los Angeles).http://www.businessweek.com
She once had a hit single called Rain - but Madonna didn't look very happy being caught in a downpour last night in London.
The Material Girl was on location shooting her first feature length film W.E. - and must have been happy to be behind the camera for once with her uncharacteristically bedraggled look.
Sheltering under a giant complementary umbrella from the swanky Mandarin Oriental Hotel in London's upmarket Hyde Park, the soggy 52-year-old was less than her usual polished self after being caught in one of summer's biggest deluges.
Half a month's worth of rain - up to 30mm - fell last night on the capital, with 11 flood warnings along the Thames this morning - and Madge's hair seemed to have been doused in its fair share.
Madonna is quite literally calling the shots on her new movie, a two-tiered romance based on the affair between King Edward VIII and American divorcée Wallis Simpson, spliced with contemporary romance between a married woman and a Russian security guard.
Bright Star actress Cornish plays Wally Winthrop, a young married New Yorker in 1998 who is obsessed with what she perceives as the ultimate romantic love story, King Edward VIII's abdication for his love of Wallis Simpson.
Andrea Riseborough, who recently played Margaret Thatcher in The Long Walk To Finchley, has been cast in the role of Mrs Simpson, with James D'Arcy from Secret Diary Of A Call Girl as Edward VIII.
The movie also stars British acting legend James Fox as King George V, and The Tudors star Natalie Dormer as Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, aka the Queen Mother.
Meanwhile, Madonna, who recently celebrated her 52nd birthday at Shoreditch House in London, is being sued by a clothing company which claims her new range infringes their copyright.
L.A. Triumph Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the singer in Los Angeles claiming she stole their 'Material Girl' trademark.
Lawyers for the company say that they have been selling similar clothing in similar outlets since 1997.
Prior to the launch Madonna told People magazine her 13-year-old daughter Lola's style inspired the line.
She said: 'I usually tell her to take off her three-inch or six-inch platforms and pull her skirt down just a little bit and take off some of the black eye makeup. ...
Madonna and her newfound company do not have the right to trade in the same space under this brand.'
The public face of the range, launched a few weeks ago in U.S. department store Macy's, is 17-year-old Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen

The health-conscious star, who is here shooting her new film 'W.E.', was seen with a cigarette in one hand and a stiff drink in the other, as she hosted a party at East London members' club Shoreditch House shocking guests of her attitude, reports dailymail.co.uk.
Director Tominno Kelemen, who was at the party, said: 'Madonna was dancing on tables and knocking back champagne. She was really going for it. She even re-enacted some of her music video dances – she couldn't resist a few Vogue poses.'Sent from my iPad
The singer is said to be in talks with promoters which would see her follow in the footsteps of other Vegas acts including Elton John, Celine Dion and Cher.
Metro reports that the deal would push the 'Hung Up' star up the list of the highest paid female entertainers in the world to third position, behind Oprah Winfrey and Martha Stewart.
It is unclear whether the arrangement would conflict with her ten-year touring contract with Live Nation, signed in 2007 for a reported £80 million.
Earlier this year, it was reported that Madonna was planning a hip-hip tour after road-testing dancers at a nightclub in London's Mayfair.
American comedienne Joan Rivers has ridiculed her friend Madonna on her twitter page for getting ''old''.
Joan Rivers has ridiculed Madonna for getting old.
The 77-year-old comedienne attended the pop superstar's 52nd birthday party at London's exclusive Shoreditch House over the weekend and has now taken to her twitter page to mock her friend.
Joan jokingly wrote on twitter: "I was just thinking: Madonna sure is getting old. I should have taught her a new birthday game - "Pin The Tail On The Coroner." Next year (sic)"
The blonde star also made fun of Madonna's multicultural family in another light-hearted post
She cheekily tweeted: "I went to Madonna's birthday party. Wow! The cake had 52 candles on it, one for each child she's stolen from Africa."
Madonna - who turned 52 on Monday (16.08.10) - has four children, 13-year-old daughter Lourdes, nine-year-old son Rocco and adopted pair Mercy, five, and David, four, both of whom are from Malawi.
Other guests at the 'Material Girl' singer's party included former 'Doctor Who' actress Billie Piper and her actor husband Laurence Fox, British TV presenter Claudia Winkleman, Madonna's daughter Lourdes and her Brazilian model boyfriend Jesus Luz.
That was Madonna, squaring off with Lady G. on "Saturday Night Live" last year, in a segment that should have been much funnier than it was. Both stars did the best they could with the material, but the real sport was simply seeing the two of them together – The Empress of Pop and the current Queen.
The media is constantly comparing M and G. And naturally placing Madonna in the "envious older star" category and Gaga as the "image-snatching copycat." But even so, fans of both are dying for the singers to collaborate on something.
"Sources" say there could be a video pairing, like the one Madonna did with Britney Spears and Gaga did with Beyoncé. (Although it might be best if Gaga didn't kiss Madonna at any point. It's sort of a pop music urban legend that Madonna and Britney's kiss at the MTVAwards was the beginning of Britney's downfall. It was supposed to be Madonna "passing the torch," but the joke is "she sucked the life from her!")
Now, a video or a song is always possible between M and G, but the next bit of gossip? Don't dress and let's consider the saltshaker. There's a rumor that Madonna is planning her own biopic and that she's chosen Gaga to interpret her life.
Ahhhh … first of all, Madonna is one of those always- looking-ahead kind of people. She just turned a youthful 52, and I doubt she's thinking in terms of biopics or autobiographies. (When she turned 50, I asked her if she'd ever retire. She said, "I will when you do, Liz!" So we agreed to be the last gals standing at the rodeo.)
Second, she's deep into her directing project – the movie about the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, "W.E." This has consumed her more totally than anything she has ever attempted. Music, videos, her past life, her "rivals" are the last thing on her mind.
Third? Gaga has already been so closely associated with lifting many aspects of Madonna's image, I don't think she'd play into that by playing M onscreen.
But stranger things have happened in showbiz (Sly Stallone's big comeback in "The Expendables!) so we never say never.
